They thought it was safe to install a Windows 10 update

December 7, 2018 by Alan Stainer

They thought it was safe to install a Windows 10 update

Cue the Jaws music and calls for switching to Linux.

Well I for one will NOT be switching to Linux!…

…because I am already using Linux and this latest Microsoft malarky does not bother me one little bit. Except for the inevitable call from someone who needs me to fix their damned Windows PC or laptop.

Seriously though, what the hell is wrong with Microsoft? I know they have had a history or errors, but this is a comedy of errors!

I myself have seen dozens of blue screens of death, after update or simple restarts, which is why I’m using Windows 7 now, and it’s flawless.

At this point in time, and with Microsoft’s past ethical issues, I suspect that this so-called Blue Screen of Death is just a ploy to collect more user data.
