This is just silly
In the Horsham district the bins are now being collected every two weeks, with garden waste and recycling being collected on the same day.
So once every two weeks, the paths become difficult to navigate. People with small kids or wheelchairs have it even rougher. I can only speculate how dangerous it is for people having to go into the road.
hmmmm Good point WELL made !!! just a bit silly !!! an Really how many bins do we need could use boxes for other waste OR just take to your local tip site where im sure they would take your garden waste/trimmings !!!

Joe Merchant I went to the tip at the weekend with some garden waste and queued for well over an hour. The issue is that the tip is closed on some days now and even though we are now on summer opening hours, they have cut back how long they are open too.
It goes without saying (although technically I am saying it) that I am not happy with the current situation.
