This is a very welcome change in policy from the World Bank. Fingers crossed that others follow in their footsteps.

    If they increased financing drive the price of oil down so low Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Russia would no longer be able to finance terrorism think of the lives that would be saved
