The slow motion train wreck called Yahoo
If you haven’t already, it’s time to ditch your Yahoo account and use something more secure. Yahoo have now (in my opinion) lost all credibility.

Yahoo data breach in August 2013 much bigger than thought
Yahoo’s owners Verizon have now admitted that every single Yahoo account at the time was exposed during the data breach. That’s roughly 3 billion accounts compromised!
My advice (and I strongly suggest you take it) is to switch to a different provider. Yahoo had a duty of care and they failed massively. If you actually want to keep your Yahoo account (I think you must be crazy), then for heavens sake do everything you can to make sure it is secure. Have you got a strong enough password? Have you enabled 2 step verification? You know the drill.

I’ve been saying this for a while now. Anyone that still uses their Yahoo account must be crazy.

Dave Webster same here. I know the difficulties though, as my wife pointed out her Yahoo is tied to so many other account logins it makes it difficult to remove it. I know that shouldn’t stop anyone from doing the right thing, because it only takes a little bit of time and determination, but… I don’t want to call her crazy. ;)
