Craft Gin at Sipsmith
What a fantastic time I have had tonight at the Sipsmith distillery in London, learning about the history of gin as well as Sipsmith. Did you know for instance that the founders campaigned and got the law changed to allow them to make gin in smaller quantities?
Fascinating tour and some brilliant samples to try as well. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Sure sounds like an amazing experience. Gin revival is still going strong! I’ve been sent quite a few sample bottles over the last year from old and new companies.
