An email I received

An email I received

I get so many of these spam emails. It makes me laugh, because I build websites and have been doing it for longer than they claim to have been doing in the email.

I particularly like the CAN-SPAM Act of 2033 mentioned at the bottom.

Fashion DIY I think email has had its day, mainly due to all the spam people get.

Alan Stainer it’s certainly a lot of hassle and time-consuming.

My pet grip is those that call and with one long line of hello I am from….. they include something like “work with/for/on behalf of Google”.

I know they are going to sell an adword campaign so I stop them and ask them to slowly repeat who there company is. I then ask “so your not from Google” and they still try every twist of a word possible to make me believe they are associated with the big G.

I have even said “you are going to try and sell me adwords aren’t you?” NO is the reply then two minutes later it’s obvious they are.
