    Here are the hints, and I will paste it in several places for you all. You will be able to figure out more as you go.

    Here is a technology that can be used to gather clean electricity for the entire world. It seems to work similar to Fiber Optics. Energy is harnessed with technology used on the eye shields of spacesuits. With very thin gold stopping the ultraviolet lights and others, while allowing light to still get through. To harness electricity, make very thin strips of silica drawing glass, and alternate it with very thin layers of gold. It may take a while to learn to use it, as I do not have the entire technology. By placing it into the sand, down to where an empty oil well was. Somehow it grounds, and the leftover oil works like spark plug boot grease. There are other ways that this works. Silicon Dioxide is used to make Fiber Optics. I wonder if the Crystal Cave Caverns beneath the Chihuahuan Desert’s Naica Mountain has enough Silicon Dioxide to make these. I wouldn’t like to see them ruined though. Not a thing down there should be ruined. It may need to be down there. The Silicon Dioxide alternating with gold traps both light and electricity, transferring it above ground. I do not have the rest of the technology yet though. It may not only be for underground uses, and may be alternated with mass Silicon Dioxide mixed with and made into Organic Solar Cells.

    This technology is made of something like this. Crushed Silicon Dioxide Crystals, mixed with Organic Solar Cells. The Solar Cells quite Organic, and work like Photosynthesis. They are then layered very thin, with strips of gold that is so thin that it can barely be seen. The light passes through the Crystals, gathering electricity, while keeping the Ultraviolet light within and without the Solar Cells. Then that same thin layer of gold transfers the electricity out of the Crystals like Fiber Optics. It will power the world.
