How To Disable Windows 10 Auto Update
Microsoft removed the ability to disable automatic updates properly. However there is a work around if you are using WiFi to connect to the internet.
Disclaimer: I do not recommend you do this, except for very special circumstances. In some cases it may be the only way to get your computer out of an endless cycle of updates and roll backs.
