A couple of tweets about Hermes
I am a moderator for a Facebook group which has been inundated with complaints about myHermes UK lately. Hermes responded to enquiries by the West Sussex County Times and said that the problems have been resolved.
Well, the complaints still keep happening and honestly I am tired of seeing them. So this morning I decided to try asking Hermes over on old ye olde Twitter to explain.

Now, what I would like to know is how far reaching these problems actually are. Obviously there is a really big issue in Storrington and the surrounding area, but is it just Storrington? Also, will Hermes respond?
