Suggest Edits on Facebook
This article indicates a way that you can suggest edits to a Facebook page. So, you might suggest a new category, or a phone number or point out where something is incorrect.

The problem is (and I am having a conversation with people that have been affected by this over on Facebook) a lot of page owners are finding changes are being suggested that are simply not accurate and they are receiving many such changes. Often the same change is being suggested multiple times too, which makes it even more annoying.
In one case the suggested edits were to remove all contact information, for a business page!
Now to top this all off, if you don’t respond to suggested edits and reject the inaccurate ones, you may find Facebook apply the edits anyway. Even if they are blatantly malicious (like removing contact information).
So keep an eye on your Facebook pages notifications. Oh and it might be time to start investing in something else. G+ brand pages for instance?
Alan Stainer I think the equivalent would be a Google My Business listing. And users can definitely suggest edits to those (I have). I’m not sure how Google decides to apply a suggested change.

Peggy K in Facebook’s case I think the main issue is with visibility. In that there is too much, so people are feeling compelled to make suggestions.
