I don’t know about anyone else, but I have always thought that wind turbines look rather elegant.

Hi Alan, over here in Australia, they have a Wind farm, especially in South Australia. However, SA was hit with almighty storm. Due to that storm, the whole area in South Australia was blacked out? As for the Wind farm power was supposed to be back up, it didn’t happen. Businesses closed as restaurants had candles with dinning. Not sure whether wind farms do help, once main electricity power is lost. Just wanted to share this information. Cheers

Peter Hicks you make it sound like they carry high explosives. Never heard of a wind turbine blowing itself to bits before and I am sure it would be in all the news media.
