Adobe has decided to support Flash Player on Linux again
Okay, I am scratching my head here. I get that Adobe may have drawn the conclusion that stopping support was a bad idea, but this is a half baked effort at best and Chrome and Chrome OS users have been able to use the full and up to date version of Flash anyway thanks to Google.
What is more perplexing, is that Flash is still a thing at all. I can’t remember the last time I visited a website that actively used Flash that wasn’t already exploring the alternatives. Mobile is a really big market and Flash just doesn’t work on mobile.
