Someone needs to print the regulations on elected bike in the UK ,that would be enough to put anyone off ,then we have the electric scooters with the bigger electric motors and range but the prices are scary and what are the true costs regarding the licence to ride one ?
Not to much is as it seems ,what are the costs involved in replacing the batteries ? How long do they last ?
