Oh ho ho! Good timing fullychargedshow!
For those that haven’t heard the news yet, Chris Evans (one of the main presenters of the new Top Gear) quit Top Gear today.
Anyway, this is a most excellent explanation from Robert Llewellyn as to why he would not and could not present Top Gear himself and why he does Fully Charged instead.
