Buggy is one word used to describe Flash. Vulnerability is another.

Why any websites are still using Flash is beyond me.

    I never had a problem running it locally it was the constant plugin updates that screwed it up

    but the real story is that mac users couldn’t view it so they complained, thanks a lot mac users.
