I’d move it somewhere where it was a less risk of getting damaged and causing an accident. If it was alive (rolls eyes), it would probably be chasing cars in surprised excitement.

If I had the resources, I’d have taken it on a “Round the World” Trip and sent Post cards back to the owners of it on the Great Wall of China and in Front of the Eiffel Tower and … that’s been done already with a Gnome hasn’t it? Oh well, back to the drawing board!
