CloudReady – Turn your PC or laptop into a Chromebook
I have just this minute finished installing Neverware’s CloudReady on an old laptop I have lying around. It’s a Chromium build which turns your computer into a Chromebook.
Anyway, my first impressions of it are… woo hoo! It seems blisteringly fast compared to the old Windows XP and later Ubuntu operating systems that were previously installed on the laptop.

It really extends the life of HW that otherwise would be gathering dust.
