It is really important to stay current with whatever software you use, whether it be something you use on your PC or for powering your website. The good news for Magento users is that the infection uses a code execution issue that has already been fixed.
Check your site is up to date and is not infected.

Bummer. Magento is my favorite so far, since zeuscart died way back when. I wish installation were easier. Last I tried, it was painful.
