GIMP Timelapse – An illustrator at work
When I mention to long standing Windows users that they can do everything they need to do using Ubuntu, they inevitably ask about what programs are available. One of them is usually Photoshop.
So here is a really good example of GIMP (not Photoshop) being used to illustrate.
After watching this you may want to get creative yourself. What will you do with GIMP?

GIMP TIMELAPSE ILLUSTRATION [DAZED]
Digital illustration done in GIMP from a sketch. The line art is from a time before I decided to do this video. Additionally I simplified the image from my original goal to save time. How about I let you know when I do something right?
My goal was to showcase the capabilities of an open source software stack geared toward illustration. Comments and questions are welcome. : )
