Lots of things Werner Jacobs. Security issues being one of the major drawbacks. SEO is another sticking point for Flash based websites. Oh and then there are the load times and speed issues. Not forgetting of course that it isn’t supported on mobile anymore. Adobe pulled the plug on that one.
