Convert your photos into vector graphics in Inkscape

Inkscape is available on multiple platforms, including Linux and Windows. Although I haven’t used it to convert photos before, I may just try after reading this tutorial. It is dead simple.

Users of vector-based applications have long implemented a technique by importing a photograph and tracing over it in order to create a vector graphic. #Inkscape is no different. If you feel unable to do freehand drawing, here’s a technique for you! #Linux
