People ask me advice about buying computers all the time. Generally when they say, “All I really need it for is surfing the net and writing e-mails”, what they really mean is, “I like to surf the net, write e-mails, do basic photo editing and oh, I want to watch things on YouTube, BBC iPlayer, 4OD, Netflix, etc.”
